Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining sales of our Touchstone Funds within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Team Management: Coordinate the sales efforts of internal wholesalers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the territory.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial professionals and retail clients to promote our funds and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, fund performance, and manager philosophy to engage in informed conversations with clients and prospects.
  • Expense Management: Manage territory expenses efficiently and effectively to maximize sales growth.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and seminars to educate clients and internal stakeholders on our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required, or FINRA 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent travel and working in various office settings. The successful candidate must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods of time and have the ability to drive a personal vehicle over a relatively large geography.
