Position Overview: The role involves promoting and selling MicroVention's neurovascular products within a designated territory. This includes providing technical assistance and educating clients on the effective use of these products, while also managing the administrative and business relationships with assigned customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to further business and sales goals.
- Oversee account management programs, including pricing, inventory, contracts, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to enhance business operations in the territory.
- Participate in training and business meetings to enhance knowledge of new products and sales strategies.
- Maintain and grow existing product sales while introducing new products to the customer base.
- Assist in training initiatives and attend relevant trade shows and sales meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Compensation: Salary range is $69,000 - $92,000, subject to adjustment based on education, experience, and skill set.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a consultative sales environment or Angio Suite sales experience.
- Ability to read and interpret scientific and technical documents, financial reports, and legal materials.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Capable of addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Experience in delivering presentations to medical and business professionals.
- Aptitude for teaching and guiding others through complex sales challenges.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Proficient in problem-solving, data collection, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects.
- Competence in analyzing market data and conducting sales analyses.
