$75,000 - $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess property performance within your designated area and develop regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Maintain a comprehensive list of key accounts to foster ongoing relationship development
- Drive new business acquisition, finalize sales, and enhance revenue through proactive outreach, site visits, and community engagement
- Motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to uncover potential business leads
- Assist in organizing company events and networking opportunities
- Adhere to the sales team strategy
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Master effective sales communication techniques
- Collaborate effectively within the team
- Engage in B2B sales activities
- Plan and execute sales routes
- Conduct sales calls
- Make positive first impressions
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and networking
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Must reside in the designated area and be within commuting distance of the office
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to create favorable first impressions
- Clean driving record is mandatory
