Core Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in company events such as golf outings

• Adhere to the sales strategy set by the team

• Generate leads through various channels

• Schedule new client meetings

• Master effective sales conversations

• Collaborate effectively within the team

• Engage in B2B sales activities

• Manage sales routes and calls

• Create positive first impressions

• Assess property performance in the region and develop sales plans aligned with company objectives

• Maintain a proactive list of key accounts for ongoing relationship management

• Drive new business initiatives, close sales, and enhance revenue through cold outreach, site visits, and community engagement

• Motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Analyze local market trends and competitor actions to uncover business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience is essential

Must reside in the local area and be within commuting distance of the office

• Strong communication skills

• Legal authorization to work in the USA

• Valid driver's license required

• Minimum age of 21

• Ability to create positive first impressions

• Clean driving record is mandatory

• Proficient in effective communication, negotiation, and networking

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
