About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to deliver extensive administrative assistance for our Indirect Tax team, both domestically and internationally.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless operations and effective team support.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management and Administration

• Execute data entry, filing, typing, copying, and scanning tasks with precision.

• Manage tax documentation and payments, ensuring timely submission to appropriate tax authorities.

• Organize and maintain records, handling sensitive information with care.

• Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.

• Oversee travel logistics, itineraries, and ensure clear communication and follow-up on tasks.

Communication and Coordination

• Act as a point of contact between the Indirect Tax team and various stakeholders.

• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them as needed and composing professional correspondence and reports.

• Facilitate effective communication and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for drafting and refining correspondence and reports.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, multi-line phone systems).

• Demonstrated experience in managing executive schedules, handling confidential information, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to shifting priorities, and knowledge of US Indirect tax filings (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate: $30/hour
