About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Della Infotech. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer and Streaming Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Manage expenses, including processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Build and maintain playlists, including DSP playlist recapping and auditing.
  • Coordinate AtVenu tour sales and submission to Luminate, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide training and support for the use of specific programs and software.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels and external partners.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills, with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience, with a focus on operations and coordination.

Additional Information:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
