Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Workoo Technologies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative, clerical, or technical work in the planning and execution of activities of a component or department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop administrative procedures, standards, and methods
- Prepare or assist in preparing manuals and publications for the component or department
- Plan, prepare, or supervise the preparation of periodic and special reports
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, and production of materials for component or department meetings
- Assist in the preparation of the component or department budget and/or annual operating plan
- Advise the director/supervisor on administrative matters within the department
- Maintain accounting and administrative records
- May assist in orientation and training of personnel
- Act as a catalyst for the staff in developing improved work methods and procedures
- May coordinate director's/supervisor's schedule
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university
- Five years of relevant work experience in the area of assignment
- Considerable experience in a recognized profession or business
- Specialized training in office practices and administrative procedures
- Proficiency in the use of personal computer equipment and software
