Key Job Functions

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a National Accounts Manager at Marmic Fire & Safety Co., you will be responsible for managing large client accounts and national brands. Your primary goal will be to ensure consistency of work across extensive geographic areas and/or multi-site customer needs.

  • Core Accountabilities:
  1. Client Support & Compliance:
  • Guarantee that all customer agreements and SLAs are fulfilled or surpassed.
  • Foster and maintain excellent customer service, addressing any urgent concerns in a timely manner.
  • BUILD and nurture long-term relationships with clients at various levels to secure continued business growth.
Team Supervision & Process Control:
  • Supervise a team of office staff who support national customer contracts.
  • Direct the delivery of service visits, inspections, and repairs according to set timetables.
  • Coordinate and monitor regular services, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines.

This position demands outstanding time management, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
