National Account Growth Strategist

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Ranpak is a leading provider of sustainable cold chain solutions. We are seeking an experienced National Account Growth Strategist to drive our business forward.

The successful candidate will work with our cross-functional team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to secure sales growth. This includes identifying and qualifying new market opportunities, building and developing senior-level customer contacts, and negotiating profitable new, cross-sell, and expansion business.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful sales experience in a national account manager position. They will be able to analyze complex situations, communicate effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to secure sales growth
  • Identify and qualify new market opportunities for Ranpak solutions
  • Work jointly with field sales teams to develop accounts and foster existing relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in a national account manager position
