Job Overview

Congo Brands, a leading consumer product brand company, seeks a Division Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving revenue growth exponentially year over year. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Trade Development Managers within an assigned territory, ensuring the success of the company in that respective area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute national and regional account strategies for all company products, achieving sales, profit, and market share objectives.
  2. Monitor market/retailer activity to drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.
  3. Foster partnerships to drive improved performance and ensure the sales team understands and adheres to company standards and operating procedures.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per year) along with comprehensive benefits, including health/vision/dental insurance, 15 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 6 weeks paid parental leave, and a 401K plan with employer match.
