Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in North Carolina. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships, uncovering sales opportunities, and working closely with the Design Engineer to define customer criteria and ensure accurate proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role, with a background in technical security, access control, networking, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, ability to understand client needs, and strong time management skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships to uncover sales opportunities
- Work closely with the Design Engineer to define customer criteria and ensure accurate proposal preparation
- Document all customer contacts within the CRM system
- Manage each opportunity through the sales process to closure
- Bring in resource partners to satisfy customer needs both internal and external
