Position Overview
We are seeking to enhance our team with two Claims Care Specialists who possess a robust background in customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in the collision industry and be prepared to manage repair order responsibilities alongside customer interactions. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within our organization for those who demonstrate capability and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
- Facilitate vehicle check-ins
- Guide clients through the claims process
- Address inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and other platforms
- Process payments and manage deposits
- Prepare invoices for vehicle collection
- Conduct monthly account statements
- Ensure real-time payment entries on a daily basis
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Review folders post-delivery
- Conduct invoice research as necessary
