  6. Completing paperwork for over-shipments and damages
  7. Receiving products into inventory
  8. Evaluating and approving warranty claims
  9. Learning and executing daily operational procedures for NAPA and CTP

Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to TAMS & CT Parts inventory management.

Provide warehouse support as needed, which includes receiving schedules, product receipts, and restocking inventory.

Operate a tow motor for loading and unloading trucks, requiring active certification for tow motor operation.

Assist the Inventory Coordinator with physical inventory coordination and updates.

Participate in quarterly inventory updates and returns.

Support physical inventory cycle counts.

Oversee core and defect returns.

Interact professionally with clients, including NAPA Jobbers and CTE Store Leaders and Service Managers, both on-site and at customer locations.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in Tire and Automotive fields is preferred, along with experience in Sales and Customer Service. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing basic correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY

Competence in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as calculate discounts and interest.

REASONING SKILLS

Ability to apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands of this position require regular standing, walking, squatting, and operating a tow motor, as well as occasional driving of a delivery vehicle. The employee must be able to use hands and fingers for handling tools and equipment, and must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position involves exposure to various environmental conditions, including outdoor weather and potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is typically moderate, and the employee is expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Compliance with the company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy is mandatory, and a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
