Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive pay rate based on experience
Schedule: Standard first shift hours, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks, including filing, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct light bookkeeping duties utilizing Excel and QuickBooks.
- Manage incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Compile and review information for project estimates.
- Collaborate with clients to address outstanding invoices.
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience, particularly in roles involving basic accounting, collections, and customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and accurate in work.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional specialized training or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening.
