- Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional service and support to our high-profile talent and celebrities, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building and Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our high-profile talent and celebrities, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Payment Collections and Resolutions: Oversee the collection of payments from high-profile talent and celebrities, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- System Maintenance and Updates: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our ticketing and CRM systems, making updates and improvements as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, service, and retention.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile talent and celebrities.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications, and relevant certifications or training.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with high-profile talent and celebrities, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to make updates and improvements as needed.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
