Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruitment operations of INSPYR Solutions.

This position is essential for the success of the recruitment team, providing top-notch customer service, administrative assistance, and project management throughout the hiring process.

The Coordinator aids Talent Acquisition by ensuring prompt and precise interview scheduling for candidates and managing pre-employment processes for new hires.

This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment workflow, including candidate management, benefits administration, relocation assistance, and adherence to company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Talent Advisors to ensure a streamlined staffing process for clients, candidates, and HR partners.
Manage the entire staffing cycle, becoming proficient in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and all related procedures.

This includes supporting various administrative functions such as creating job requisitions, sending communications, scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, retrieving data, and ensuring system integrity for all active requisitions.

This also entails documenting interactions with candidates for scheduling and updates.
Advertise all open positions across multiple platforms, including the company careers site, professional networks, and job boards.
Manage requisitions for strategic hires.
Innovate and enhance the staffing process; embrace and implement necessary changes.
Maintain a professional image that aligns with the brand of INSPYR Solutions for Talent Acquisition.
Assist in coordinating additional recruitment activities as required.

Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and company policies, as directed by management.


Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of basic office practices and procedures.
Proficiency in fundamental mathematical calculations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Experience with standard office equipment and software applications for producing correspondence, electronic communication, and maintaining databases.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organized with robust follow-up skills and the capacity to manage various tasks within deadlines.
A strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute tasks efficiently.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience.
BA or BS degree with 1+ year of relevant HR experience preferred, or
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
