Constrafor is a pioneering SaaS and fintech solution tailored for the construction sector. We are in search of a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and enhance conversion rates for our embedded finance offerings within our SaaS platform. This role involves collaboration across various departments to implement our product vision. It presents a unique chance to drive product innovation in the construction industry, focusing on optimizing user experiences and elevating key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in high-growth technology startups and a commitment to developing impactful products. You will play a crucial role in shaping key decisions and influencing Constrafor's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience Enhancement: Refine user flows, customer journeys, and onboarding processes to boost conversion rates for our Early Pay Program (EPP).
  • Insightful Data Analysis: Create and manage KPI dashboards that concentrate on subcontractor conversion metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
  • Product Feature Development: Discover opportunities for new product features and complementary products that provide value to the construction sector.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, credit, and sales teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  • Strategic Implementation: Execute the product strategy in alignment with our growth goals, emphasizing conversion rate improvements.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research to grasp customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, guiding product development and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Assist in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive EPP participation and user engagement.
  • User-Centric Design Advocacy: Promote a user-centered design philosophy to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience that encourages conversions.
  • Growth Strategy Identification: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention that directly influence conversion metrics, contributing to revenue growth and user adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management, demonstrating a successful track record in driving growth and overseeing product lifecycles.
  • Conversion Rate Expertise: Proficient in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and data-informed decision-making.
  • Startup Background: Experience in a rapidly growing startup environment is preferred.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for making informed, data-driven choices.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly conveying product strategies and priorities.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial products, including payments, lending, and financial infrastructure.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with SMBs and B2B products is highly desirable.
