Position Summary

Team Dynamics

The Growth team at Publicis Groupe is dedicated to driving the transformation of the organization into high-growth enterprises and solutions. This is achieved through the formulation of comprehensive strategies for market entry, client engagement, and seamless integration. The team plays a pivotal role in realizing the vision of the Power of One, enhancing collaboration across the four solution hubs: Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health, while integrating Epsilon data and technology to optimize client value.

Within the expansive Growth organization, the Corporate Strategy & Development team collaborates closely with the Chief Growth Officer to craft the overarching growth strategy for the Groupe. This involves cross-functional consulting projects focused on product development and market strategies, as well as spearheading inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, integration processes, and the nurturing of new high-growth ventures.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Development will engage with various stakeholders across the organization to:

  • Formulate product and commercial strategies to address critical business challenges through the design and execution of cross-functional consulting projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses and strategic planning to establish long-term corporate strategies and visions.
  • Utilize client insights to refine product strategies and develop marketing materials.
  • Facilitate the acquisition and integration of new business entities within Publicis Groupe.
  • Devise strategies and oversee the launch of innovative products, commercial initiatives, and service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships across diverse Publicis teams and external partners.
  • Create and deliver presentations for executive management reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology, media, and strategic frameworks, with direct experience in strategy formulation, corporate development, product marketing, or commercial operations. Proficiency in executive presentation, PowerPoint design, persuasive writing, and project management is highly desirable.

Qualifications

The successful applicant should have:

  • A BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Established credibility with senior leadership and management.
  • Exceptional skills in slide design, analytical thinking, writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $98,500-$165,500, reflecting the Company's belief in fair remuneration based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
