As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will design and implement a data-centric lead generation system. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute a comprehensive multi-channel lead generation strategy aimed at converting our existing free and self-service customer base into qualified enterprise leads.
- Optimization through Data: Oversee and manage an experimental roadmap, rigorously testing and refining strategies to consistently meet and surpass quarterly MQL and PQL targets.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to identify high-value customer segments, craft targeted messaging, and ensure smooth lead transition and conversion.
- Expert Messaging: Develop compelling messaging strategies that resonate with distinct customer segments and channels, employing both product-led and customer-focused approaches.
- Comprehensive Funnel Management: Oversee and enhance the email nurture series, creating personalized experiences that engage prospects and guide them towards sales-ready discussions.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends and growth best practices, continuously innovating and experimenting to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
- Growth-Oriented Mindset: A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Channel Expertise: Proficient in email marketing with a deep understanding of leveraging these channels for lead conversion.
- SaaS Knowledge: Strong understanding of self-service and enterprise SaaS business models, with the capability to tailor strategies to various customer segments.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in analyzing data to inform campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and to present effectively to senior leadership.
- Collaborative Team Player: Experience in working effectively across teams, fostering strong relationships and aligning stakeholders towards common objectives.

The compensation range provided is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
