About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping new consumption paradigms by owning TULU's consumer journey, driving funnel performance, and creating exceptional experiences for our users. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, architects, marketers, and more, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and practices, and work on:

  • Crafting and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets for member conversion, usage, and retention.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, developing product initiatives, and fostering a culture of high-velocity experimentation and improvement.
  • Leading both qualitative and quantitative research and conducting research to drive the best outcome for both the customer and business.

About You

You are a visionary, creative, and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about changing human behavior. You are KPI-oriented, with a strong addiction to data, and a love for creation. You have an extreme sense of ownership in everything you do and a huge passion for real-life products and building great consumer journeys. You are results-driven, enjoy working hard, and have fun doing it.

You also have:

  • 5+ years of consumer mobile PM experience in the B2C space, with a track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong experimentation skills, including A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Experience working independently with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Google analytics.
  • Customer-obsession and a deep empathy and appreciation for user needs.
  • Experience with subscription models is a plus.
  • A sense of urgency to achieve great things in life.
