This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional in-office attendance required for meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target Research: Investigate and identify potential sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Networking: Actively engage and connect with accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales methodology to comprehend customer requirements and address potential challenges.
  • Strategic Development: Work collaboratively with management to devise both short-term and long-term sales action plans.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain essential sales documentation and reports, ensuring management is informed and engaged.
  • Industry Participation: Attend educational sessions, seminars, and networking events to remain updated on industry developments.
  • Travel Requirements: Be open to occasional evening and weekend travel for events, showcasing your commitment to our objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or four to ten years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Sales Background: Over 3 years of experience in outside B2B or medical sales with a proven success record.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in PBM insurance sales.
  • Industry Insight: Familiarity with the PBM industry and/or established connections within the sector.
