ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Federal Civilian business. As the Area Vice President of Sales, you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
  • Drive sales excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the enterprise software industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
