Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our consulting team, you will provide administrative support to our consultants, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development and implementation of client strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Client Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, managing correspondence and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
  • Strategy Development: Support the consulting team in the development and implementation of client strategies, providing input and assistance as required.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the organization of client events and workshops.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the healthcare sector.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Education: A degree in healthcare administration or a related field would be an advantage.
