To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and be an effective communicator with a knack for meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities for our

Financial Collections Coordinator:
1. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
2. Maintain comprehensive records of payments and account statuses.

3. Collaborate with other departments to gather information necessary for accurate and complete records, ensuring that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are current.

4. Work with relevant personnel to assess accounts, client payments, and credit histories, while formulating improved payment terms.

5. Execute administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, invoice preparation, sending payment reminders, organizing documentation, and engaging with clients regarding their accounts.

Requirements for our

Financial Collections Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Proficient math, typing, and computer skills, particularly with accounting software.
