The Ford Agency is seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support a distinguished academic institution in Washington, DC. This role involves delivering high-level administrative assistance to a dedicated team, which includes managing calendars, generating reports, developing presentations, and organizing Board meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings and oversee scheduling
  • Compile reports and documentation for Board and committee sessions
  • Create, edit, and proofread presentations, spreadsheets, memos, correspondence, and other written materials
  • Generate and manage comprehensive reports
  • Offer administrative and project assistance to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a diverse and mission-oriented organization is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Note: Candidates must be located in the DC, MD, or VA area or have independent relocation plans.
