Key Responsibilities of a JCA
  • Oversee all aspects of job costing utilizing RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
  • Manage daily franchise operations in the absence of the owner.
  • Maintain comprehensive accounting and financial records in collaboration with a CPA.
  • Exhibit empathy and urgency in communications through modern technology.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and team members.
  • Dedicate efforts to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Support team members and cultivate positive interdepartmental relationships.
  • Represent our brand effectively.
  • Gather information through active listening and communication, monitoring business aspects to identify issues.
  • Oversee all phases of job costing.
  • Manage daily franchise operations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate accounting and financial records.
  • Request and manage updated Workplace Safety certifications and insurance for subcontractors.
  • Process payroll and manage timesheets.
