Key Responsibilities:


Service/Installation Technicians are accountable for all facets of service, including troubleshooting and repairing water treatment systems in both residential and commercial settings.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Engage in the sales of equipment and supplies as appropriate to generate revenue

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using tools and performing repair work, with a mechanical inclination
  • 1-2 years of experience in service installation and/or equipment repair is preferred
  • Experience with water softener installation and/or plumbing is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, including tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, and working in confined spaces
  • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 80 pounds regularly (occasionally over 100 pounds)
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
