Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician - Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues, and documenting repairs and communicating effectively with our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Document repairs and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of engine repair, diesel, welding, and wiring
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
