Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at LaGuardia Airport Terminal B. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, activation, and management of retail and service programs throughout the terminal. The Manager will work towards maximizing revenue, expanding commercial offerings, and enhancing the guest experience. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to drive business performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Commercial Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize commercial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
  • Guest Experience Management: Manage guest experience programs and initiatives to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing and guest experience teams on sales and promotions to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Business Planning and Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and business planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Commercial team to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and programs.
  • Community Representation: Represent the company in community events to promote the company's brand and values.
Competencies and Skills:

  • Commercial Management Experience: Proven track record in high-revenue stream management, with a focus on commercial concessions and retail operations.

  • Commercial/Concessions Management Experience: Experience in commercial/concessions management, with a focus on retail and service programs.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
  • Commercial Management Experience: Minimum three years of commercial management experience, with a focus on high-revenue stream management.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience with direct reports, with a focus on team management and development.
