Commercial Growth and Revenue Manager

The Commercial Growth and Revenue Manager will be responsible for aligning brand strategies with effective commercial execution to establish a clear pathway for achieving long-term business goals. Leveraging consumer insights and analytics, the Commercial Growth Team will guide and prioritize the commercial sector towards the most valuable opportunities across various categories, brands, and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape, including sales, distributor, and broker management.
- Formulate the Commercial Growth Strategy for specific spirit categories such as Vodka, Rum, North American Whiskey, Scotch, Tequila, Gin, and Cordials.
- Create strategic plans and convert them into actionable initiatives across the commercial framework.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful collaboration in a matrixed environment, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally within the Beverage Alcohol sector.
- Experience in progressive leadership roles supporting commercial or financial divisions.
- Strong grasp of Distributor Management and Operations within a three-tier system.
- Experience managing key customer relationships, whether at a regional or national scale.
- Proficient in consumer analytics, category management, and financial metrics.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of commercial experience in CPG, preferably in Beverage Alcohol.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in commercial and/or finance functions.
- Thorough understanding of Distributor Management/Operations.
- Experience in managing key customers on a regional or national level.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics, category management, and financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
