Concession Service Representative

Peak is a distinguished dining establishment located on a high floor, offering exceptional views and a luxurious atmosphere. As a Concession Attendant, your role will involve preparing and serving food and beverages to our valued guests. The specific offerings and responsibilities may vary based on the concession area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to all patrons, ensuring prompt and efficient service in a dynamic environment, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Accurately take orders from guests, prepare and serve food and beverage items, process payments, and manage billing.
  • Perform opening, closing, and routine sidework duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces, equipment, and workstations as required or per management's schedule.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients to confidently address customer inquiries.
  • Organize the food and beverage display area to meet established standards and restock items to maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including servers and food runners, to enhance service quality.
Equipment Handling and Setup:
  • Load and unload equipment as needed.
  • Transport equipment using appropriate tools such as hand trucks or dollies.
  • Safely navigate equipment through confined spaces and around obstacles.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of equipment at designated locations.
  • Adhere to specific guidelines for proper placement and arrangement.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with local health regulations.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage service.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Capability to positively influence others' actions and decisions.
