Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Services Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our IT services across the CTO3 region. This role will primarily focus on enhancing the commercial performance of IT services delivered from various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take comprehensive commercial responsibility for IT services, ensuring they align with financial goals and objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators related to pricing, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all commercial inquiries within the IT department, facilitating communication between business units and financial stakeholders.
  • Support project execution and service delivery within the defined financial framework.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of projects and services, providing insights for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate operational input for financial closing processes, including necessary commentary and accruals.
  • Lead forecasting, planning, and pricing initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Assist the IT department in launching new services and projects by providing commercial guidance.
  • Perform essential operational tasks for service delivery, including resource management, time tracking, invoicing, and service costing.
Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a foundational understanding of SAP FI-CO or BW.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in financial oversight within IT project environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to promote collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Flexible and open to new ideas and methodologies.
