Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to drive business performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize commercial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement commercial strategies and campaigns to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Guest Experience Programs: Manage guest experience programs and initiatives to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

  • Business Planning: Assist in budgeting and business planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
