Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing business relationships within the Dealer and Home Centre sectors across your designated territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth. You will utilize your proven sales expertise, ideally with 3-5 years of experience, to meet and exceed sales objectives through strategic territory development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the comprehensive MasterBrand product range in alignment with our strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with Dealers and Home Centre partners to create long-lasting collaborations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage in the strategic planning process, assessing and qualifying potential business prospects.
  • Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve or surpass territory budget goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, programs, and customer relationships while assessing their financial impact.
  • Provide training and detailed information on products, programs, and pricing to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on customer leads through proactive outreach.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and report findings as necessary.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A successful track record in sales, preferably within the cabinetry sector.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry standards and specifications.
  • Background in design or architecture is advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to gain insights into your territory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Disciplined in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing effectively.
  • Solid financial understanding.
  • Self-motivated with robust prospecting abilities.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales leadership.
  • Proficient in technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
  • Familiarity with 20/20 Design Software is a plus.
