Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and prompt customer service to clients, including phone, email, and in-person inquiries, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Policy Management: Coordinate policy changes, receive and process new claims, and assist with existing claims to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct thorough audits and process claims, including dispute resolutions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Surety Bond Management: Handle and process surety bond requests, including bid, payment, and performance bonds, to support clients' business needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, concerns, and comments, as well as actions taken in our agency management system.
- Communication: Receive direction from carriers and sales producers to assist in project and proposal delivery, policy changes, and requests for additional information.
- Business Development: Market all lines of coverage for new and renewal commercial risks, including additional lines of coverage, to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
