Job Title: Security Specialist II Position

Job Summary:

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist II to join our team. As a Security Specialist II, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management and operations of the AOC Security Program. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison and coordinate with various Legislative Branch Organizations on security matters.
* Assist program officials with developing written procedures compliant to established policies.
* Develop, review, and revise general security policies and procedures.
* Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing SCIF security policies and procedures.
* Provide routine management for a SCIF and classified information security program.
* Conduct security briefings and training sessions for personnel accessing classified information, OPSEC and general security awareness training.
* Participate in security audits and inspections, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
* Assist in incident response and reporting, including investigating security breaches.
* Provide support and guidance to security staff and other personnel on security-related matters.
* Stay updated on changes in security regulations and best practices, advising the organization accordingly.

Requirements:

* Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
* Minimum of four (4), preferably six (6), years of relevant multi-disciplined security experience to include but not limited to physical security, SCIF, secure room management, information security and policy development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; and
* Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
