Job Title: Personnel Security Specialist

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Personnel Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the Architect of the Capitol's Personnel Security Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process security intake forms and monitor the centralized portal system to track applicant requests.
  • Schedule pre-employment drug tests and perform data entry duties related to personnel security processes.
  • Manage congressional credential management and process requests for additional information on security packages.
  • Provide technical assistance to applicants and prepare memoranda, reports, and reference documents.
  • Ensure the proper safeguarding of sensitive information, including Privacy Act Protected Information and Classified National Security Information.
Requirements:
  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain it throughout the contract.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Personnel Security, preferably with a background in security and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical officials.
