Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Aramco Imports Inc is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Travel: Travel to assigned regions to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management and sales, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Skills: Strong organization and customer service skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
