Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Los Angeles-based territory specializing in the early detection and prevention of cancer in the GI/surgical market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based programs tailored to the needs of specific populations.
- Develop and oversee quality improvement programs, contracts, local and IDN agreements, KOL development, and regional strategy.
- Interface with GI physicians, General & Bariatric Surgeons, Pathologists, and key decision-makers in hospitals, IDN's and other health-related organizations.
- Devise plans to shorten customer adoption and drive market share growth of medical technology.
Requirements:
- A four-year degree.
- At least 1 year experience selling to hospitals.
