About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development: Utilize CoStar Group's extensive property data to prospect new clients and drive sales revenue.
  • Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific market territory.
  • Customer Focus: Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit university or college is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions is required.
  • Qualifications: A track record of commitment to prior employers, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, and a valid driver's license are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success in Building Long-Term Relationships: Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships while engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level is preferred.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics is preferred.
  • Flexibility: Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company is preferred.
