Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Development:

  • Build and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.

Sales Presentations and Client Engagement:

  • Deliver presentations of products or services to potential clients through in-person interactions.
  • Execute sales strategies to acquire new customers.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet designated sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving environments.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
