Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Sales: Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Store Security: Maintain the security of our store, including the handling of cash and other valuables.
  • Card Services: Provide card services to customers, including the issuance and activation of new cards.
  • MoneyGram Transactions: Process MoneyGram transactions for customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
  • Bill Pay Transactions: Complete Bill Pay transactions for customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and other valuables in a secure and accurate manner.
Requirements
