Position Summary: At WTWH Media, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional business experiences to our clients while simultaneously understanding and fulfilling the marketing objectives of our partners. We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our newly established Account Management team within the revenue division. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across various engineering sectors, including Design Engineering, Robotics, Medical Devices, Electrical Engineering, Packaging OEM, Automation, and Controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting, qualifying, and pitching the WTWH Media value proposition to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and renewing contracts.
- Conduct strategic planning and manage your own portfolio of accounts, prioritizing tasks and forecasting outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that contribute to achieving collective goals.
- Oversee the execution of customer advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met from inception to final reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned brands, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients within targeted vertical markets, working closely with brand leaders on cross-vertical initiatives.
- Coordinate with the accounting team on invoicing and financial matters related to client accounts.
- Participate in regular reporting and meetings to track progress and strategize for future growth.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a preference for candidates who have experience in full-cycle sales.
- Background in media, marketing, or advertising is advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills and a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience in face-to-face selling at industry events and client locations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, including research, outreach, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to effectively forecast and report on sales performance, meeting established targets.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
