Position Overview

WTWH Media is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic B2B Media/Events Account Manager, possessing a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within the hospitality or media sectors. This role is pivotal in generating revenue across the FRH product suite, aimed at cultivating a robust pipeline of new clients, managing incoming inquiries, and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new accounts, particularly targeting suppliers and partners of independent pizza operators.
  • Participate in foodservice and pizza-specific conferences to explore new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for the sales department regarding assigned brands, addressing incoming calls and general inquiries.
  • Engage in outbound communications via calls and emails directed at vertical market targets.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders and management on cross-vertical proposals and account management as needed.
  • Maintain and nurture leads within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Facilitate onboarding and follow-up on deliverables upon the execution of engagement agreements.
  • Evaluate lead quality and arrange appointments with prospects as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team on invoicing and billing matters.
  • Conduct research to support the sales pipeline development, including company searches and market trend analysis.
  • Provide feedback from leads and customers to relevant teams within the organization.
  • Assist management, events, marketing, and custom content teams as required.
  • Draft engagement letters and follow up with customers regarding project requirements.
  • Identify and address client issues, proposing solutions to management.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly/monthly sales reporting and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Preferred college degree or certification in sales/marketing.
  • Dedicated to driving sales growth and providing exceptional client service.
  • Exhibit strong judgment and high standards as a sales professional.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
