Insurance Sales Executive

Deborah Clinton-Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Producer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our sales strategies and achieving organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Achieving new business production targets as outlined.
- Creating insurance proposals, delivering compelling sales presentations, and finalizing sales agreements.
- Building and nurturing professional relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and auto dealers.
- Generating and managing insurance quotes.
- Innovating and executing new marketing and sales initiatives.
- Engaging in regular team discussions and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
