Position Summary:

The Insurance Support Specialist will be instrumental in assisting our licensed insurance professionals throughout the sales process. This role demands outstanding organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid grasp of insurance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative assistance to licensed insurance professionals during the sales process.
  • Facilitate the accurate and efficient processing of insurance applications.
  • Manage tasks related to IFTAs, MVRs, and Loss Runs.
  • Prepare documentation for insurance policy payments.
  • Execute tasks within our policy management system, Applied Epic, including client and policy coverage updates.
  • Work collaboratively with agents to address client inquiries and policy-related matters.
  • Ensure precise and current records of client interactions and policy information are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with insurance concepts is beneficial, though not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates new to the insurance field.
  • Strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for data entry and client communication is essential.
  • Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is required, as this role involves interaction with clients who speak these languages.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
