About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote our services and products to clients.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.
