Compensation:$22 - $30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Outreach: Actively contact potential clients using provided leads to discuss their insurance requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Sales Inquiries: Professionally manage incoming sales calls, converting inquiries into viable sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Follow up with existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling additional coverage.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain a high level of productivity, consistently meeting and surpassing sales objectives while ensuring quality interactions with customers.
