Esperta Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Partnerships Manager with a robust background in sales and provider engagement within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial in fostering and managing key relationships with healthcare partners while leading a team of business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, referral nurses, discharge planners, and case managers, to promote the wound care services offered by Esperta Health.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing patient referrals within assigned accounts, following the structured Business Development process (Connect, Explore, Consult, Act).
  • Conduct educational in-services for accounts to effectively communicate the benefits of Esperta Health's services and solutions.
  • Engage in community health education events to enhance local awareness of Esperta Health's service offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between accounts and the Customer Service/Call Center to ensure seamless referral execution.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly performance targets as assigned.
  • Identify and develop new accounts that can benefit from the services provided by Esperta Health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, including quarterly plans, weekly pre-call strategies, and call routing plans as directed by the National Business Development Director.
  • Collaborate with other team members as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines as established by operations.
  • Monitor service delivery through ongoing quality assurance during in-person visits with referral sources.
  • Comply with the professional dress code and wear identification at all times while representing Esperta Health.
  • Safeguard all company-provided equipment.
  • Exhibit consistent and reliable qualifications and competencies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within healthcare services (e.g., home health, hospice, rehabilitation) with a proven track record in provider-based referral sales.
  • Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintenance of automobile liability insurance are required.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wound care practices is advantageous.
