Position Overview:
We are in search of a Partnership Success Coordinator to facilitate the establishment of new collaborations with health plans. In this capacity, you will oversee internal launch initiatives to execute operational strategies with precision and effectiveness. Furthermore, you will assist in the creation and enhancement of implementation guides to expand Imagine Pediatrics across various markets.

Your role will involve identifying fresh opportunities and resources to better support our health plan collaborators, working closely with product, business development, and clinical teams to outline requirements.


This is a prominent position suited for a quick learner and proficient project manager; you should exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and excel in dynamic and early-stage settings.


Your Responsibilities:
Guide both internal and external stakeholders regarding deliverables and timelines for launching health plan collaborations.

Lead designated workstreams across internal departments, including clinical teams, patient engagement, operations, IT, and analytics.

Engage directly with health plan executives responsible for implementing capabilities, fostering relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

In close partnership with the leadership team, monitor, manage, and address risks that may arise throughout the duration of our health plan collaborations.

Maintain project and partnership frameworks, including project schedules, decision logs, and meeting agendas.

Assist in the development and upkeep of implementation guides.

Balance empathy, advocacy, and the ability to achieve results by being an effective collaborator with our partners and clinicians.

Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as value-based provider operations, health plan strategic partnerships, or management consulting.


Exhibits exceptional project management capabilities, including the ability to produce high-quality materials, adhere to strict deadlines, and deliver results autonomously.


Proven track record of managing expectations among multiple stakeholders, consistently applying necessary frameworks and change management strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of value-based models, including delegation and global risk arrangements.

Demonstrates strong executive communication skills to facilitate key decisions across various stakeholders.

Experience in a healthcare setting, including health plans, medical groups, providers, clinics, or healthcare delivery organizations.

Willingness to travel to various markets as needed.

Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred, and virtual care experience is an added advantage.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
